Our Lead Broker - Abby Woollaston

Abby Woollaston began her insurance career in 2006 within her father’s established insurance business. Over the years, she refined her approach to focus on building meaningful, long-term client relationships rather than pursuing growth for its own sake.

Today, Abby serves as Lead Broker at Best Insurance, bringing nearly two decades of experience advising New Zealand tradies and business owners. Her focus is on ensuring clients feel confident that their business, income, and families are properly protected, not just today, but well into the future.

Abby is committed to providing advice built on trust, integrity, and clarity, so clients always feel they are dealing with a brokerage that understands their world.

Jemma brings over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry and holds her Financial Services Certificate (2013). She plays a key role in supporting our brokers to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients while ensuring regulatory and service excellence.
